Slowing down in Corte

A few months back some of the TRAPBOYZ and I journeyed down to the Marin to brave the cold. We decided to keep things mellow and check out Corte Madera's pre-fab skate park since it was freezing cold out. This park is really basic but also really fucking fun. It has everything you'd want to skate with the exception of any gaps or stairs. Since I was deep in a de-crustive state, I decided to just sit back and document the tech carnage that went down on the little box at the park. Gene and Yung Maxy are something else on a shred sled. Both have grinds for days and consistency to boot. It wasn't long before these 2 filled up the GB on my phone with some NBD ledge hammers. De-CRUST & ENJOY!

SJ SCUMMER part 1

This 1st video is of a few days shredding around the skate wonderland that is San Jose, Ca. Stacked all these clips in a matter of 2 days skating 3 different spots: DIY under the overpass, Cesar Chavez Plaza, and San Jo's other DIY, "HALBAVILLE." Featuring   ONE HUNDRED PERCENT HOT ROD STUNTS by Zeke Gifford, Toan Gilmore, Eddy Higuera, Phillip Benson, Alvaro, Victor, Sinath Sao, Willi Tobler, Uriah Green, Orion Musselman, Jason Warren, and yours truly. It's my BURR!-day!

Since January is my Birth month I thought I'd throw together a quick Rosa Park edit in celebration. All this footy was filmed within the last couple of years and has just been sitting on my hard drive waiting to be unearthed. The footy is a mix of Gopro Hero 2 and Hero 3 clips all film in different frame rates. More TWERK coming in 2015!

Switch Sosa: The Redux

Yung Angel has been bugging me for months to edit this footy, he doesn't realize I work 5 days a week and skate/film when I have time off and also painting commissions on top of that. I hardly ever find time to actually sit and edit clips.Then I started to feel bad because Angel has messaged me incessantly about the edit to which I would reply with something along the lines of "Be patient fool" or "Soon, Yung Sosa, soon." Truth be told I forgot what folder I had saved all his clips to, but after much searching through folders on the ol' external hard drive...I found it all and managed to twerk on them. Here ya go you lil faka.

It's that time of the year, again, when it's wet more often than not and ya gotta seek shelter from the storm that's a-coming just to get a little shredding in. On this particular Sunday Funday night I decided to bust out the bench for a late night sesh. Thankfully the homies, Gene & Daniel, were down with the get down cuz it was quite brisk. It was also the first time I tried out my new tripod so you know we had to clock some bench tricks.Here's my gift to all of you on the internet, Murray Christmas ya filthy ANIMALS!

What's good Fammalamm?! I know it's been a minute since I've updated this ish and I promise more edits are on the way. I'll have more time to edit since it's getting darker earlier and "Winter is coming!" I don't really have a back story for this Oakland vid other than it was the day after I got back from a trip to Hawaii after my Grandpa had passed. It was a pretty shitty time(lost my Grandpa, lost some friends, & quit my job) and I was just happy to be out of town shredding with my homies. Below are random photos I found on my hard drive that are Oakland-related. Enjoy.
