Team Baseball Tee aka Team Moist at St Helena Park

Twas a frigid January night when we decided to pack Boston Nick's van full of Rats and journey down to St Helena skatepark to make good use of the lights. The crew consisted of Moe Sao, Jose Rivera, Steven Tran, Kevin McGowan and Nick Fuller-Porter at the helm. With a solid pack of rats equipped with an iPhone 5, a Mino HD and a tripod, VLFL was in full swing. Ninj had entrusted me with all the footy to throw into an edit and I gladly obliged. I wanted to make a rad edit but when I sat down to make a go of it, I noticed that some key factors were missing in this Twerkin' 20's recipe. Then it hit me, I was in need of some added spice to flavor this edit. Those essential ingredients that I desparatly needed came in the form of a Jungle Banana and a Jive Ass Turkey, otherwise known as Drukaki and D'irtagnon. Throw all of these goods in  a pot and stir in a lil bit of Austin Missner and bon appettit, you got yourself a tasty, hot bowl of "St Helena Nights" 2013. Enjoy and stay warm my dudes!

It's not a Tahoe.

I found some old clips of OULK TM, Robbie V, skating the Ukiah skatepark. The clips had been chillin' on my hard drive forever so I thought I'd throw 'em into a Twerkin' 20's edit along with some iPhone clips some of the homies filmed a week ago at Windsor Park. Featuring Sinath Sao, Moe Sao, Gabriel Zavala, Fupa, Branden Carrell, and Robbie V. Enjoy.

Video Premieres on the horizon

First off I'd like to apologize for the lack of Twerkage on here lately. I've been busy balancing filming for a few videos  (Brotherhood Boardshop's 'For the Hood' and  OULK's 'RATS MOBB'), work, and creating art. This summer has been so full of fun and shreddage that finding time to edit these cellphone clips are few and far between. After seeing all the homies come together tonight to watch the premiere of Chapter One of the Made in Emerica series filmed and edited by Santa Rosa's own, Jon Minor, I felt the need to premiere the latest twerk. In short, I decided to throw together a quick clip of some of my good homies skating the Windsor and Healdsburg skateparks.

Also I'd like to mention that the premiere for Brotherhood Boardshop's video "FOR THE HOOD" is coming up quick, September 22nd, at the Heritage Public House. Don't forget to stop by Brotherhood to buy a ticket for the premiere before they're all out. Hope to see everyone out there. Make sure to keep posted for the premier for OULK's "RATS MOBB" video, premier date still pending.

Lastly I'd like to have a moment of silence for our fallen homie, Darren Lutter. Darren was one of the most raw and talented dudes to ever set foot on a skateboard. He had such a heavy  presence about him that he exuded with every aggressive push, insane pop and his ever eclectic style. If you're reading this right now, pour some liquor out and please share with me, a moment of silence in remembrance of Darren. Rip in Paradise

Scummin' up Sebastopol Park

Bob Bertolini baking biscuits.
Ian Harper is back, shredding on North American concrete.
Here we have 2 scummies, 1 mission: Ollie the trash can. Unfortunately for them, Jungle Bananas wasn't around on a Sunday Funday to give them tips, but they didn't need it any how. These photos below are the lands, and better yet, they're both done on old school shaped decks for extra steez. Growing up, shredding Rosa parks, I definitely looked up to Jared and Issac. I'm glad we all still manage to get out on a Sunday Funday and blow out local skate spots and parks in the good ol' USSR fashion.

Dupret's Ollie, coming in tough.

Chalker of The Chronnies with a stylee ollie.

All in all, it was a good sesh that lasted all afternoon. Some buster ass cop came toward the end of the sesh  and harshed everybody's mellow, reminding everyone that adults shredding without helmets get a fine of $185. We weren't shook! Thankfully piggy had his sights set on a BMXican riding in the park, so us four  wheelers got away with no tickets and were Rosa Park Bound anyways. Suck it copper!
